Last fall, I had a client come to me with a jubilant look on her face. She’d just gotten back her pre-audit report. 

 

I looked at it, thinking it was going to be awesome.

 

It wasn’t. She’d read it wrong. They’d had minor finding is every.single.category and document they had been audited on. She said “But Dr. P...they are only MINOR findings right?”
